We love our new extension. Simon and his team have done a great job. Weather wasn't always on our side, but that can't be helped. Everyone kept telling us its a big extension, which we didn't appreciate until the knock through happened and we saw the area we had created. A few tweaks along the way, but nothing that couldn't be overcome. We are very happy with our new extension to our forever home.

We recently had a garage conversion with S.I Building Contractors and it was an excellent experience working with Simon and his team. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding — we were always kept in the loop and informed about progress and decisions. They were professional, courteous, and consistently made sure we were happy at every stage of the project. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. Simon and his team were great from start to finish. As per any build there were bumps and glitches along the way but as soon as Simon was aware he put them right. We are very happy with our new extension.

Si and his team have just finished our loft conversion. Hip to gable and dormer window. Si done all the hard work of getting the scaffolding sorted and getting structural engineer to do the plans. Whereas other companies that quoted us said we would need to do this. Which is just more hassle and stress. It took a little longer to get started due to typical British weather and scaffolding company taking longer than we hoped. When he did start the job, si and his team were on it. A pretty big job, which they made look easy. Keeping us updated along every step of the way. There were times we had to wait for sub contactors he uses to do a certain job before moving onto the next step. So I did loose my rag at one point 😂lucky simon took it well and has good sense of humour. He reassured us and carried on with the job. All Simons subcontractors did a fantastic job, plumber, electrician, roofers, plasterers etc. All good hardworking, friendly people. Whenever we pointed anything out or questioned anything he was always happy to answer and explain things or sort it if needed. Ensuring everything was in line with the building regulations, ready for building inspection. They ensured it was cleaned up when they finished for the day and got rid of all the waste. Simon and his team all did an amazing job. We now have another lovely lounge, bedroom and ensuite. Where do I start?….. Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish! I was up against the clock to get steels installed due to a last minute let down by another contractor. Simon pulled out every stop and worked all weekend with his crew to get the job done! They turned up when they said they would and didn’t stop grafting from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Site left tidy each day and even offered to help me temporarily block up the opening afterwards. Cannot fault Simon and his crew, top bunch of blokes and you’d be hard pushed to find better! I can’t recommend them enough and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Well thanks to Simon, Kev, Kobi, Leon alongside Rich and Jack we now have Christmas in an amazing new space. It was no easy build but they stuck with it and we couldn't be happier. It has made such a difference to how we live and the team were always on the end of a phone or would pop round for a chat when needed. Thank you!!

We recently had an extension to the side of our house and we were thoroughly impressed with Simon and the team. They were extremely friendly and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. They took time to answer our questions along the way and were very knowledgeable. We were most impressed with their communication! They would always let us know when to expect them (or held up) keeping us informed of deliveries so felt that their customer care was top notch! They are experienced and it shows. Our neighbours noticed the quality of brick work. The quote was very competitive and final price didn't change too much apart from a few extras that we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend (and have done so already) and we look forward to using them again for our next project. Thank you to the team for the last few months. We are thrilled with our new space.
